Why we need investment from private parties
Parcom believes in growing to support the community we are proud to serve. We are expanding very fast and we simply do not want to continue making the banks the true winners in business. We see a unique opportunity to give back to our supportive community in the form of micro-loans to us. However, with a unique feature where there is a 100% guarantee on the micro-loan. For instance, if for any reason you change your mind before the end of your choice in term (let’s say 90 days and you decide two weeks into it that you need your money back) we will return it 100% with no penalties. This is for the first set of investors only.
Let’s say a new city is being planned out for our cloud network, you decide to invest $1000, and we agree a 5% return within 6 months. No problem! We’ll invest it, and return the money plus your 5% at the end of the term. If in 30 days you change your mind, we’ll return your $1000. No partial interest.
Opportunities for investment
Parcom is open to private investors of many levels. We are currently doing a “micro-loan” type solution to allow our company to expand rapidly and reward our loyal customers and fans of the business first. The concept is very simple in that we do short term loans and give you the higher returns than the banks would ever give you. Also, there is no risk to you unlike stocks since we provide a contracted guarantee that if you change your mind, you can have all your funds back. Just won’t receive the interest of course.
Example: If an investor wishes to invest $1000 to Parcom and we agree upon a 6 month return at 10%, we will agree at that 6 month term we will give back $1100. If one changes their mind one week into the contract, we can return the $1000 with no penalties. Very simple!
Information:
- Investors are responsible for income taxes since Parcom reports earnings and profit dividends as taxable income.
- Overseas investors are welcome but will require some relationship with Parcom first. Customer relationship will qualify.
- NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) will be required of the investor.
- Larger long-term investments are possible.
- Equity/Ownership investments are not available at this time.
- Private investment remains private.
- Investment is strictly a high return opportunity in the form of a “micro-loan” from the investor.
- Percent return is based on amount that we agree upon on a case by case basis. History with Parcom can also increase your returns.
- Amount you can invest in depends on you. We prefer larger sums as it does not make sense to invest $10 only to make 50 cents across 6 months! Just common sense need apply.
- Because this is a VERY popular opportunity, we prefer serious investors please.
